Welcome to "Get Connected!" I am excited that our six week journey has begun.

It is my hope that by the end of these six weeks, every member of our congregation will experience a growing relationship with God and deeper relationships with each other. It is my prayer that all of us will be connecting with the heart of God.

During these six weeks, every few days, I will send you a brief devotional to encourage your growth and reflections on the topics we are exploring. Some of these have been written by people in our congregation. Others have been taken from books and articles.

I request your prayers during these six weeks. Pray for:

• our Sunday morning worship services.
• the small groups that are meeting.
• our church family.
• an awareness of God's activity.
• our witness to Manlius and the surrounding communities.

Please know that you are in my prayers. I pray that in whatever way you are participating in this journey, God will bless you and bring you near to him. I pray that you will sense connection with the heart of God and that you will experience the changes that come to all who follow Jesus.
